This machine tool is a high-efficiency, high-precision CNC unit independently developed by our company to meet the evolving needs of the petroleum industry for threading oil tubing and casing. It utilizes front and rear pneumatic chucks for reliable and rapid workpiece clamping; the chuck jaws ensure a secure grip and high clamping rigidity, resulting in minimal pipe deformation and superior machining accuracy. Optional automatic material-flipping and loading/unloading systems are available to enable continuous, automated production. With its substantial mass and excellent overall structural rigidity, the machine excels in terms of stiffness, precision, and efficiency.

It is designed for casing diameters ranging from 5 1/2" to 13 3/8", making it an ideal solution for processing petroleum tubing and casing.

This machine tool can be equipped with the FANUC 0i-TF CNC system.

The auxiliary equipment (optional for the user)—specifically the material rack and the loading/unloading unit—utilizes a variable frequency drive (VFD) to control the gear reducer and motor; the loading and unloading speeds can be adjusted via the system as required, ensuring that feed and retraction speeds remain consistent regardless of changes in workpiece specifications.

The auxiliary unit features an integrated adjustment function, enabling it to accommodate the processing needs of pipes with varying specifications.

The machine uses standard domestic No. 32 hydraulic oil, and the lubrication system employs an intermittent lubrication method to ensure reliable performance
