1、 Three essential conditions for vertical installation

Basic ground requirements

Reinforced concrete floor, with a thickness of 20-30cm, meeting strength standards, without sinking, cracking, or hollowing. Insufficient ground bearing capacity leads to deformation of the bed frame in the later stage, and the accuracy is directly scrapped. If the ground conditions are not met, a 30mm thick 30 square centimeter steel plate can be added between the shim and the ground for reinforcement.

environmental conditions

Avoid direct sunlight, stay away from the earthquake source, and avoid strong air currents. Vertical cars are highly sensitive to vibration and temperature.

Tool Preparation

Bar level (0.02 mm/m), adjustable shim, torque wrench, clean cloth, degreasing tool, etc

2、 Vertical CNC lathe positioning and preliminary placement

The equipment should be lifted in place to ensure a stable center of gravity, and it is strictly prohibited to collide with the guide rail, protection, and main shaft. Pad iron is distributed according to the machine base:

Pad iron must be evenly distributed below the stress point of the base, and there should be no suspension on the ground

Place the equipment gently in the planned position and align it with other equipment, without rushing to tighten it.

3、 Core of standing car: Horizontal leveling steps (emphasis)

Vertical car leveling mainly involves adjusting in two directions:

The installation surface of the workbench is horizontal, and the main reference surface of the bed is horizontal

1. First, adjust the level of the bed's reference surface

Place the level on the precision machining reference surface of the bed. Observe the direction of bubble displacement and slowly adjust the height of the shim. Adjust point by point until the level bubble is completely centered.

Standard: Levelness ≤ 0.02 mm/m (difference of 1 small grid between the two ends of the bubble)

2. Adjust the installation surface level of the workbench again (most importantly)

The workbench is the core of vertical accuracy:

The level is placed on the chuck plane or the upper end plane of the spindle, and the X-axis and Y-axis horizontal directions are detected by rotating the spindle. Both directions must meet the standard at the same time. After placing the level, do not move it until it is leveled.

Note:

You cannot adjust only one direction, and you cannot adjust the amplitude too much at once. After adjustment, you must recheck 2-3 times. You can also use the three-point adjustment method, adjust one direction first, and then adjust the other direction. However, during the adjustment process, the two support points in one direction should be adjusted synchronously without damaging the other direction, and then fine tune.
