The absolute vibration velocity of machine tools under no-load conditions directly affects the fatigue service life of machine tool components and the maintainability of machine tool precision. Machine tool vibration reflects the level of structural design, the quality of manufacturing components, and the assembly quality to a certain extent. Its performance directly impacts the precision and surface roughness of machined parts.
Measure the absolute vibration velocity (RMS value) of the front flange of the machine tool spindle in three coordinate directions at various speed levels, and perform absolute vibration spectrum analysis under each speed state.
Figure 1 shows the absolute vibration velocity versus rotational speed relationship at the spindle flange measurement location, while Figure 2 presents the X-direction absolute vibration time-domain diagram at the corresponding measurement position.
