① Regularly check the spindle support bearings: Insufficient pre tightening force of the bearings, loose pre tightening screws, and excessive clearance can cause axial movement of the spindle, which should be adjusted in a timely manner; The bearing should be replaced in a timely manner if it is scratched or damaged.
② Regularly check the spindle lubrication constant temperature oil tank, clean the filter in a timely manner, replace the lubricating oil, etc., to ensure that the spindle has good lubrication.
③ Regularly inspect the gear wheel set. If there is serious damage or excessive gear mesh clearance, the gear should be replaced and the mesh clearance adjusted in a timely manner.
