① Perform daily cleaning of the machine tool, remove iron filings, and wipe away coolant from the guide rail areas. At the end of the shift, apply machine oil to all machined surfaces to prevent rust and avoid guide rail corrosion.

② Daily check whether the guide rails and machine tool protective covers are complete and effective.

③ Inspect daily for any dents, impacts, or scratches inside and outside the machine tool.

④ Regularly remove chips and oil stains from all components, ensuring no dead corners, and maintain both internal and external cleanliness with no rust.
