The TPX series horizontal milling and boring machines are built on a proven classic design, engineered to handle both rough and precision boring operations, with full capability for milling large-scale and box-type structural components.

These machines deliver exceptional performance in inner hole boring, cylindrical turning and grooving processes, all realized through the radial feed motion of the facing plate. Equipped with a 4×90° optical positioning device, the equipment guarantees consistent machining accuracy even when processing extra-large workpieces, while the high-precision digital readout measurement system reliably secures coordinate positioning and scribing accuracy.

The oversized machine bed is integrated with an integral auxiliary guideway for enhanced structural rigidity
The spindle system adopts a three-layer composite structure, composed of the facing head spindle, hollow spindle and boring spindle
The spindle features disc spring clamping and hydraulic unclamping mechanism, which greatly simplifies tool change and handling operations
