This series of machine tools can perform full-process machining of various shafts and disc-type workpieces, covering turning operations for threads, cylindrical surfaces, arcs, conical surfaces, and internal/external curved surfaces, while also meeting the high-speed cutting requirements for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

This machine tool is capable of processing shaft and disc components, as well as turning threads, arcs, cones, and the internal and external curved surfaces of rotational parts; it meets the requirements for high-speed cutting of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The design features a balanced configuration of the rigidity of key components—such as the spindle, machine bed, and tailstock—significantly enhancing the machine's overall structural rigidity and ensuring stability during heavy-duty cutting operations. Consequently, it achieves an external cylindrical machining accuracy of IT6 to IT7. As a general-purpose machine tool, it is particularly well-suited for the efficient, high-precision machining of rotational parts in industries such as locomotive manufacturing and valve production.
