The TPX series horizontal milling and boring machines are built on a proven classic design platform, engineered to handle both heavy-duty roughing and high-precision finishing boring operations, making them ideal for milling large-scale and box-type structural components.

They deliver exceptional performance in inner hole boring, cylindrical turning and grooving processes, all realized through the radial feed motion of the facing plate. Equipped with a 4×90° optical positioning device, the machines guarantee reliable machining accuracy even when processing extra-large workpieces, while the high-precision digital readout measurement system ensures full accuracy for coordinate positioning and scribing operations.

The enlarged-specification machine bed is fitted with an integrated auxiliary guideway for enhanced structural rigidity
The spindle system adopts a three-layer composite structure, composed of the facing head spindle, hollow spindle and core boring spindle
The spindle features disc spring clamping and hydraulic unclamping design, greatly simplifying tool change and handling procedures
