CA Series Wearing Parts
Routine equipment maintenance is an essential daily task designed to keep the machine in optimal working condition. Properly executed maintenance procedures effectively extend the service life of the equipment and continuously improve its production efficiency.

Routine Inspection
After the machine has operated for 500 hours, it is mandatory to perform a scheduled routine inspection and maintenance procedure. This process is typically led by the equipment operator, with dedicated inspectors and maintenance technicians providing collaborative support. Throughout the entire inspection process, the main power supply of the machine must be completely shut off to ensure operational safety.
Periodic Inspection
As the machine operates over an extended period, friction between mutually contacting components will inevitably cause gradual wear, which will progressively degrade the equipment's overall working performance. For this reason, regular periodic inspections are required to sustain and guarantee the machine's machining accuracy. Under normal circumstances, this inspection work shall be undertaken by the machine operator, under the professional guidance and supervision of qualified inspectors and maintenance personnel.
