The quality of the spindle rotation accuracy of lathe machine tools directly affects the geometric accuracy of the machined parts, especially during boring, which will affect the roundness of the machined hole. By conducting experiments, errors in the links that affect the spindle rotation accuracy can be identified, which facilitates the improvement of structural design and assembly quality.
The radial and axial errors of the spindle axis motion can be obtained through experiments, as shown in Figures 5 and 6.
The function of this experiment is similar to that of the "(4) Air Run Relative Vibration Test" mentioned above, and one of the two tests can be selected for testing.
