The hydraulic transmission system plays an important role in the mechanical control and system adjustment of CNC lathes, such as the shifting of hydraulic chucks, spindle box gears, lubrication of spindle bearings, and the tailstock of machine tools. Therefore, effective daily maintenance is necessary to ensure the normal operation of CNC lathes. The daily maintenance points of hydraulic transmission system are as follows:

⑴ Keep the hydraulic oil clean. Hydraulic oil pollution is not only the main factor causing hydraulic system failures, but also accelerates the wear of hydraulic components. Therefore, controlling hydraulic oil pollution is one of the important tasks to ensure the normal operation of CNC lathes.

Strictly implement the daily inspection system. Hydraulic system faults have concealment, variability, and difficulty in judgment. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out spot checks on the hydraulic system and strengthen daily inspection records to ensure normal operation

The hydraulic system inspection includes the following contents:

① Is the vernier inside the fuel tank within the range of the vernier scale; Is the temperature of the oil within the allowable range.

② Are there any leaks at the hydraulic valves, hydraulic cylinders, and pipe joints; Whether the pressure at each pressure measuring point of the hydraulic system is within the specified range and whether the pressure is stable.

③ Whether there are any abnormal phenomena in the operation of hydraulic pumps or hydraulic motors; Is the hydraulic cylinder moving smoothly and normally; Is there any abnormal phenomenon in the manual or automatic working cycle of the hydraulic system; Is the directional valve controlled by electrical or collision block flexible and reliable in operation.

④ Regularly inspect and clean the fuel tank and pipelines; Regularly inspect, clean or replace the filter element; Regularly inspect, clean or replace hydraulic components.

⑤ Regularly inspect and replace seals; Regularly inspect and tighten screws, nuts, joints, and flanges in important parts; Regularly check whether the position of the travel switch or limit block is loose.

⑥ Regularly check the performance of the cooler and heater.

⑦ Regularly check the working performance of the accumulator.
