Shang Hong, a craftsman of the Design and Research Institute of Shenyang Machinery Group, has won the exemplary individual of Shenyang Revitalization Competition in 2013, the May 1st Labor Medal of Shenyang in 2013, the Outstanding Youth Award of China Machinery Manufacturing Technology Association in 2013, and the first batch of technology sequence experts of Shenyang Machine Tool in 2020.

In recent years, she has led the process department to organize process research and development, innovate process methods, and apply multiple process technology achievements and valuable experience to production practice.
