He is Xu Baojun, an assembly and cutting worker at Shenyang Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd., part of the General Technology Group. At 52 years old, he has worked on the production front line for 33 years. Through diligent research and self-study, he has overcome over 20 technical challenges, set an industry record for the smallest machining allowance, and evolved from a general lathe operator to a senior CNC machine tool technician, becoming a national-level craftsman. Currently, he serves as the technical overseer of the CNC production line at Shenyang Machine Tool Group.
